Q: How many guests can you accommodate over the weekend?

A: We have a maximum capacity of 6 guests with a maximum 2 guests staying in each of our 3 bedrooms.

Q: Will you and Mark be around during the weekend?

A: Absolutely – We will be taking care of your every need during the entire weekend experience. Working also with Sian, your expert guide, from Booklovers’ Tours who will be accompanying you on the tours and all the activities.

Q: What is included in the weekend?

A: 3 nights Bed and Breakfast en- suite luxury accommodation at The Plas.

Miss Hilda’s Edwardian Cream Tea on arrival.

Evening Meal at Y Sgwar on Day 2 excluding drinks (the price is for the 2-course option, a 3-course option is available at a small additional cost)

Full tour programme with the services of Sian your knowledgeable and expert guide.

All transportation.

Q: How do I pay for the weekend?

A: Please contact us direct to arrange payment. A 50% deposit is required which is non-refundable as places are strictly limited. The remainder of the payment is due 6 weeks prior to check-in. All payments are to be made via BACS into our business account. If this is inconvenient other payment options are available.

Q: Is the weekend transferable if I am unable to stay?

A: Unfortunately not as places are strictly limited the stay in non-transferable.

Q: When are the weekends taking place?

A: Dates have been set up for November / December 2020 and January / February 2021.

Q: What is the duration of the weekend?

A: Guests check in on the Friday and check out on the Monday so 3 nights.

Q: Do you accommodate children?

A: Unfortunately, the weekend isn’t suitable for children.
