Important Pre-Arrival Guest Information

Getting The Most Out Of Your Stay

We want you to get the most out of your stay and to have a truly memorable time. It is therefore very important that you carefully run through all the information contained on this special page that we’ve put together for you. We have had to make changes to the way we normally do things in compliance with the Welsh Governments Covid 19 regulations. But have worked hard to maintain our usual very high standard and our own unique quality that makes us your ‘Home away from home’!

Please watch the short ‘Guests Pre-Arrival Coronavirus Safety Information’ video first which has been put together adopting current hospitality Coranavirus regulations and protocol. Then please follow the instructions on this page to check-in and register your details online, which we must receive at the very latest, 10 days prior to arrival. Kindly note as part of our indemnity insurance, The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 and the NHS Test & Trace System it is mandatory that we have your contact details prior to arrival.

In the meantime if you have any specific dietary requirements or if we can be of assistance prior to your arrival please get in touch using this CONTACT FORM

Step 2 – Dinner – Restaurant’s & Minicabs.

With social distancing regulations being adopted in restaurants and a reduced capacity we strongly advise that your pre-book and reserve a table to avoid disappointment. We have included a selection of our favourites including award winning Y Sgwar in Tremadog itself, which we highly recommend, being just a 10 minute stroll or 2 minute car journey. Please also refer to the list of local taxi-firms to arrange your transportation requirements. Please CLICK HERE to view information on our local restaurants and minicab services. Current legislation states that face masks must be worn inside a taxi and whenever possible when dining ‘inside’ an eating establishment.

On Day Of Arrival

Please don’t get lost visit the ‘what3words’ website: CLICK HERE and type in our unique 3 words: operation.slurping.crockery which will bring you safely to the foot of our driveway.

Alternatively if using a Sat Nav device please input Tremadog as your final destination as the property postcode will take you away from the house. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU WRONG INFORMATION.

We are 2 minutes from the Main Square in Tremadog – Facing the Madoc Building in front of you, with The Golden Fleece on your left and The Union Inn on your right, turn right heading east out of the village. The entrance drive to Plas Tan-Yr-Allt will be seen after approximately 1/4 mile on the left as notified on our blue sign.

Please contact us 15 minutes prior to arrival so we can stagger your arrival time and safely check you in. Please also wear face masks, which are now mandatory, and sanitise your hands using the automatic sanitiser by the front door. Be prepared for a BIG warm welcome and a quick fever check using our thermal scanner!

During Your Stay
