Important Pre-Arrival Guest Information

Getting The Most Out Of Your Stay

We want you to get the most out of your stay and to have a truly memorable time. It is therefore very important that you carefully run through all the information contained on this special page that we’ve put together for you. We have had to make changes to the way we normally do things in compliance with the Welsh Governments Covid 19 regulations. But have worked hard to maintain our usual very high standard and our own unique quality that makes us your ‘Home away from home’!

Please watch the short ‘Guests Pre-Arrival Coronavirus Safety Information’ video first which has been put together adopting current hospitality Coranavirus regulations and protocol. Then please follow the instructions on this page to check-in and register your details online, which we must receive at the very latest, 10 days prior to arrival. Kindly note as part of the NHS Test & Trace System it is mandatory that we have your contact details prior to arrival.

You will also need to keep this page handy during your stay to place your breakfast order the night before, to contact us using the contact form, and for further information on our services and local businesses.

In the meantime if you have any specific dietary requirements or if we can be of assistance prior to your arrival please get in touch using this CONTACT FORM
