IMPORTANT NOW COMPLETE STEPS 1, 2, 3 & 4 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Step 1 – Mandatory Pre-Arrival Online Guest Registration & Check-In.

Please register details of all guests 10 days before arrival by CLICKING HERE. As part of the terms of our indemnity insurance, The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972, the latest Welsh Governments Covid-19 hospitality advice + our own safety risk assessment your details need to be registered prior to arrival which will be stored safely on our systems. Step 2 – Dinner – Restaurants & Minicabs – Miss Hilda’s Classic Edwardian Cream Tea.

We strongly advise that you pre-book and reserve a table to avoid disappointment and have included a selection of our favourite restaurants including award winning Y Sgwar in Tremadog itself which we highly recommend. Located just 2 minutes away by car or during the Spring, Summer and early Autumn months, with the lighter evenings, a short 10 minute walk. Miss Hilda’s Classic Edwardian Cream Tea is a very special treat indeed & is taken in the Drawing Room or during the summer months on the Veranda. Served on day of arrival between 3pm – 4:30pm and subsequent days – Please CLICK HERE to view the menu & let us know prior to check-in if you would like to take tea.

Step 3 – Celebration Packages & Merchandise.

Celebrating a birthday, anniversary or special occasion and would like to make your stay extra special? On Day Of Arrival

Don’t get lost visit the ‘what3words’ website: CLICK HERE & type in our unique 3 words: operation.slurping.crockery which will bring you safely to the driveway.

Alternatively if using a Sat Nav device please input Tremadog as your final destination as the property postcode will take you away from the house. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU WRONG INFORMATION.

We are 2 minutes from the Main Square in Tremadog – Facing the Madoc Building in front of you, with The Union Inn on your right, turn right heading east out of the village. The entrance drive to Plas Tan-Yr-Allt will be seen after approximately 1/4 mile on the left as notified on our blue sign.

During Your Stay

Breakfast – Needs To Be Pre-Ordered Daily The Night Before.

Breakfast is served from 8am until 9:30am and you will need to place your order once you have settled in and daily on subsequent days.

Terms & Conditions – Please make sure you have adequate Travel Insurance.

All reservations are non-transferable & non-refundable if cancelled within the cancellation window. We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance to mitigate this. Kindly note that no refunds will be given and the total amount of the booking will become due immediately if cancelled within the cancellation window. In the unlikely event that your stay is curtailed or cut short whilst onsite the total amount of the reservation will also become payable.
