It is therefore very important that you carefully run through all the information contained on this special page that we’ve put together for you. Having had to make some changes to the way we normally do things in compliance with the current Welsh Governments Covid-19 advice and by law our own safety risk assessment we’ve worked hard to maintain our usual very high standard and our own unique quality that makes us your ‘Home away from home’.

Please now follow the simple instructions on this page to complete the mandatory online check-in process and register your details which we must receive 10 days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT NOW COMPLETE STEPS 1, 2, 3 & 4 PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

Step 1 – Mandatory Pre-Arrival Online Guest Registration & Check-In.

Please register details of all guests 10 days before arrival by CLICKING HERE. As part of the terms of our indemnity insurance, The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 and currently the latest Welsh Governments Covid-19 advice + by law our own safety risk assessment your details need to be registered prior to arrival which will be stored safely on our systems. Step 2 – Dinner – Restaurant’s & Minicabs – Miss Hilda’s Classic Edwardian Cream Tea.

We strongly advise that you pre-book and reserve a table to avoid disappointment and have included a selection of our favourite restaurants including award winning Y Sgwar in Tremadog itself, which we highly recommend, being just a 10 minute stroll or 2 minute car journey. Miss Hilda’s Classic Edwardian Cream Tea is a very special treat indeed and is taken in the Drawing Room or during the summer months on the Veranda. Served on day of arrival between 3pm and 4:30pm and on subsequent days – Please CLICK HERE to view the menu and kindly let us know prior to check-in if you would like to take tea.

Step 3 – Celebration Packages & Merchandise.

Celebrating a birthday, anniversary or special occasion and would like to make your stay extra special? Surprise a loved one with perhaps a bouquet of fresh flowers, handmade Welsh chocolates, chilled bottle of fizz & flutes on arrival or one of our seasonal fruit bowls. Alternatively if using a Sat Nav device please input Tremadog as your final destination as the property postcode will take you away from the house. DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS AS THEY WILL GIVE YOU WRONG INFORMATION.

We are 2 minutes from the Main Square in Tremadog – Facing the Madoc Building in front of you, with The Golden Fleece on your left and The Union Inn on your right, turn right heading east out of the village. The entrance drive to Plas Tan-Yr-Allt will be seen after approximately 1/4 mile on the left as notified on our blue sign.

Kindly note that face coverings are no longer required by law in retail settings, restaurants, on public transport or taxi’s. However they will continue to be recommended by the Welsh Government and by law as part of our own safety risk assessment for the safety of ourselves and guests. For now face coverings remain a legal requirement in health and social care settings and all businesses in Wales are required by law to carry out a Coronavirus risk assessment and implement reasonable measures to minimise the risk of infection. We would therefore advise you to bring face coverings with you and keep them handy as some businesses might require you to wear them as part of their risk assessment.

During Your Stay

Breakfast – Needs To Be Pre-Ordered Daily The Night Before.

Breakfast is served from 8am until 9:30am and you will need to place your order once you have settled in and daily on subsequent days.

Terms & Conditions – Please make sure you have adequate Travel Insurance.

All reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable if cancelled within the cancellation window. We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance to mitigate this. However under our discretion, we reserve the right to make an exception if the circumstances to cancel are exceptional to transfer the booking to within a similar date range. Kindly note that no refunds will be given under any circumstance and the total amount of the booking will become due immediately if cancelled within the cancellation window. In the unlikely event that your stay is curtailed or cut short whilst onsite the total amount of the reservation will also become payable.
