Q: When is the validity period of the offer?
A: The special offer runs from 1st November 2020 up until the 28th February 2021. Some exclusions apply. Black out dates include the Christmas / New Year period and Valentines.
Q: How many people is the offer for?
A: The offer is valid for a maximum of 2 people per room and we don’t accept children.
Q: How much of a saving am I making by purchasing the offer?
A: This is an exclusive offer only available to our past Groupon Guests with savings of between 40% to 50% against our normal rack rates.
Q: What does the offer include?
A: The offer includes B&B here at The Plas with a complimentary Cream Tea on day of arrival for 2 guests.
Q: Can I purchase more than one offer if I want to stay more than 2 nights?
A: Yes absolutely more than one offer can be purchased for subsequent nights using the prices stated within the offer.
Q: What are the payment terms and conditions once purchased?
A: As this is such a special offer with tremendous savings of between 40% – 50% against our normal rack rates. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Q: How do I book and pay for the offer?
A: You will need to contact us, and payment is paid via BACS into our business account. If this is inconvenient other payment methods are available. All reservations are pre-paid up front prior to check in.
Q: Can I purchase as a Gift Voucher equivalent for a Christmas present or special occasion?
A: Yes absolutely once the offer has been paid for we can send you a specially designed Gift Voucher for you to give to the recipient. They will then need to get in touch to redeem the voucher within the qualifying period.
Q: Will you be organising anymore offers with Groupon itself?
A: We have no more plans to use Groupon which is why we have set up this very special offer for our past guests only.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Unfortunately, we don’t accept pets.
